The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, right next to the market, supermarket, Target, and various dining and shopping establishments. Conveniently located just 2 miles from Cheshire Children's Museum.

The location was magnificent - not far from good restaurants walking distance and a grocery store and the supermarket, Target, and several restaurants. Also, we where only 10 minutes drive to Central Square. The morning meal was good with fruit and omelet.

My 2 nights in Keene were very very good. The room was beautifully maintained and fairly quiet, with a safe box, a microwave, and tea/coffee making equipment. Its location was ideal, just off main shopping center, and the supermarket, Target, and several restaurants.

I always have a really nice stay here. The hotel is pretty standard and quiet in a nice area close to shops and good restaurants. The staff is excellent and responds quickly to my needs. The rooms are stunning and comfy, with climate control, an individual safe, and a microwave. The bathroom even has a bathtub. It's a perfect and efficient location for visiting the Cheshire Children's Museum.

During my Christmas stay, I liked that the hotel offered free continental breakfast and had a fitness room. It was convenient to have a breakfast option available in the morning before heading out for the day. Additionally, having a fitness room allowed me to keep up with my exercise routine even while on vacation.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a major concern. The hallways and rooms had a strong odor, a mix of pet odor and smoke, that was unpleasant.
